Join us to dive deeper into this easy-drinking white wine. Vive La France Explore the greatest wine-making regions in France so you canmaster our wine aisles and any restaurant wine list! Bienvenido Spain: A Spotlight on Spain Say "Salud" with Spanish wine! Join us as we take a journey through some of Spain’s most renowned winemaking regions and learn about everything from bubbly Cava to elegant reds. From Tip to Toe — A Wine Tour of Italy The beautiful mountains of Italy and the surrounding seas create ideal conditions for growing some of the most beloved wines of the world. We will explore many distinctive wines of Italy, from the bright, sparkling Proseccos and crisp Pinot Grigios of the north, to the classic Sangiovese-based wines of Tuscany and the rich, dark reds of Sicily. California Uncorked — Napa Valley & Beyond! Join us for a class featuring outstanding wines from the most famous regions in California. A note from lovepaws: LOVEPAWS was founded in 2019 as a shelter intake prevention program in 2019 with a mission of keeping pets in homes and out of our local shelters through community outreach services targeted towards helping pet owners and colony caretakers in low-income and underserved communities.
In 2020, our mission expanded to include pulling dogs and cats from local shelters, with a focus on the pit bull type dogs of Prince George’s County targeted by a 25+ year old ineffective county-wide breed ban. This has allowed our organization to rescue and advocate for the most at-risk animals, the true underdogs in our community, in homes, in shelters and living in cat colonies. We are committed to stepping forward whenever we can and wherever the need is greatest.
LOVEPAWS is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN: 83-3122611). We are an exclusively 100% unpaid volunteer-based, foster-based rescue with our foster network spanning MD, DC, and VA. This means that 100% of the proceeds from our auction goes towards the care of our animals and animals we assist in our community!\
